PAYMENTS

You can make a payment in cash or by debit/credit card.

CANCELLATIONS

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment at any time giving up to 48 hours’ notice. If you give less than 48 hours notice you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.

WEDDINGS

A deposit of 20% of your total bill is required to secure your wedding date. The remaining balance is due on the day. In the event of a cancellation, you are entitled to a full refund of your deposit up to four weeks before the wedding date. Regrettably any cancellations within four weeks of your wedding date will result in loss of deposit.

TRAVEL PAYMENTS

Travel cost are standard 40p per mile.

(Please note: you will be required to have a patch test to ensure you are not allergic/sensitive to any of our products)

About Your Appointment at House of Coco Collective

At House of Coco Collective, all stylists and professionals operate as independent, self-employed business owners.

This means that:
- Your appointment is booked directly with your chosen stylist, who is responsible for providing your service.
- Each stylist manages their own business, pricing, and client relationships.

Payments & Deposits
To ensure a smooth booking experience, House of Coco Collective provides a central booking and payment system on behalf of our stylists:
- Payments and deposits are securely processed through our system and held on behalf of your stylist.
- Following your appointment, the agreed commission is distributed, with the stylist receiving their earnings and House of Coco Collective retaining a portion for the use of the salon space, facilities, and services.

Our Role
House of Coco Collective provides:
- A professional salon environment
- Use of high-quality products and equipment
- Reception, booking, and payment facilities

Our stylists operate their own independent businesses within our space and pay a commission for the use of these services.

Responsibility for Services
As each stylist is self-employed, they are fully responsible for:
- The services they provide
-Prices they charge
-They choose the days & hours they work
- Client consultations and outcomes
- Insurance and professional standards
-Compliant’s

MEDIA

HOW LONG WE RETAIN YOUR DATA

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
