“Fabulous Salon. Such a Lovely experience”

"I have had three different hairdresser at the salon and I've been delighted with all of their work. The free from fuss environment makes my time in the salon personal and calm, with a cuppa and biscuits the feeling day is complete. I currently get my hair cut by Jane and I am very happy” – Isobel Melgarejo

Hey, I’m Cally — also known as The Lifestyle Hairstylist — and I’m the founder of House of Coco Collective.

With 12 industry award wins, I’m proud to call myself a multi–award-winning creative commercial hairstylist, home-salon advocate, and business mentor.

When I’m not backstage at a photoshoot or styling for the catwalk, you’ll find me in my quirky salon in Reigate — creating epic hair for our local babes.

While I’m experienced across all areas, I’m especially passionate about grey blending. I love helping clients embrace their authenticity and wear their silver sparkles with confidence. In my chair, you are guaranteed to feel valued, listened to, and celebrated.

I feel incredibly lucky to do what I love every day.

Polly - Creative Director

With nearly 10 years in the hair industry, I’ve dedicated my career to studying all things hair, with a special focus on lived-in blondes. I’m a blonde specialist with a true passion for low-maintenance colour and creating effortless, natural-looking blondes that grow out beautifully.

While I love all aspects of hairdressing, my specialties are balayage, hair extensions, and styling. Outside the salon, I also work extensively in bridal hair, which I absolutely love. Being part of someone’s wedding day and creating glamorous styles that enhance natural beauty is incredibly special and rewarding.

I currently work with Cally one day a week, where I get to reconnect with a lovely client base I’ve organically built over the years. The rest of my week is spent working from my home studio, allowing me the flexibility to work around my young family so I can be as present as possible while still doing what I love.

I never knew exactly what I wanted to do, but everything changed when I became an assistant in a small Sussex salon. Watching other stylists work their magic sparked my passion for colour, and before long I knew I wanted to have a go myself. Since then, I’ve been lucky to train with incredible brands and educators including L’Oréal, Sassoon, milkshake, and the London Hair Academy. Ten years in, I’m still just as eager to learn and keep my skills as polished as possible.

You’ll find me at House of Coco Collective on Tuesdays — a calm, welcoming space where you can truly relax. Whether you fancy a cuppa and a good chinwag, or prefer to sit in peaceful silence, you’ll always be met with zero judgement. Just sit back, unwind, and leave your hair in my hands.

Hey, I’m Jane

I have been in the hairdressing industry for 30 years now, which seems crazy!

My journey started whilst still at school, working in various salons, doing a big chunk of my years at Toni&Guy up in London and Surrey.

I also completed the Loreal colour degree at the Loreal academy in London.

I had some time out bringing up my 3 children whilst lucky enough to fit my career alongside which worked perfectly.

I’m now working as a freelance hairstylist.

One day a week at the lovely Coco Collective (who are a fantastic team) along with flexible days at my own studio.

As a stylist I’d say I’m an all rounder,I enjoy keeping my day varied and enjoy all aspects of hair.

But I must say I do love a good restyle!

I also do love to connect, chat, laugh, share thoughts together and hear about all things life.

I see my clientele as my friends.

I like people to feel safe, seen&heard in my chair and I want you to leave with a smile.

Last but not least; I will forever be learning and always evolving.

Chloe - Senior Stylist

My passion for hairdressing began at school, where I completed a BTEC in Styling and Hair Knowledge. Alongside my studies, I started my journey in the salon environment with a Saturday job, learning the foundations of the industry through cleaning, shampooing, rough drying, and supporting the stylists around me.

After leaving school, I trained at Headmasters, completing my NVQ Levels 1, 2 and 3. Once qualified, I chose to move on, as I was keen to develop my skills in a more bespoke salon environment rather than a large chain.

I then joined a prestige salon in Weybridge as a junior stylist, where I continued my training and gained invaluable experience. During this time, I had the opportunity to meet celebrities, including blow-drying Abbey Clancy’s hair and highlighting Torres while he was playing for Chelsea FC.

Eager to explore new avenues, I moved into a specialist hair extensions salon, where I trained extensively in tape, weave, micro and nano rings, as well as mesh integrations. This is where I discovered my true passion. Mesh integrations, in particular, were incredibly rewarding, helping clients affected by hair loss due to cancer or alopecia and truly changing lives.

Alongside this, I built a strong clientele of younger clients seeking balayage and hair extensions. My approach has always been to enhance natural beauty, creating soft, seamless, natural-looking results—this philosophy inspired the name and brand Invisage.

After having two children, I made the decision to become self-employed, allowing me to balance family life while continuing to grow my career.

In June, I joined Cally, a move that helped me refine my personal brand and push my career to the next level.

With her support, I entered the Salon Awards for Hair Extensions Specialist of the Year, which I won—earning the title of Surrey Hair Extensions Specialist of the Year. This achievement reflects where my passion truly lies: creating luxury, natural-looking hair extensions tailored to each individual.

Chessie – Apprentice Stylist

My passion for hairdressing began at school, where I completed a BTEC in Styling and Hair Knowledge. Alongside my studies, I started my journey in the salon environment with a Saturday job, learning the foundations of the industry through cleaning, shampooing, rough drying, and supporting the stylists around me.

Chessie is currently training as an apprentice at The House of Coco Collective, where she is completing her NVQ through an exclusive in-house training programme. Alongside her formal qualification, Chessie has the unique opportunity to shadow three highly skilled stylists — Cally, Polly, and Chloe — allowing her to develop a broad and well-rounded skill set while working closely with each of them.

Through this hands-on approach, Chessie is gaining experience across all areas of the salon, and we are proud to be supporting her journey towards becoming fully qualified by January 2027. Chessie is also part of our ‘admin team’ alongside Helen, between them both they keep our client care coordination at it’s best.

Much like her sister Cally, Chessie has a natural talent for the art of hair and a genuine passion for her career. She brings enthusiasm, creativity, and dedication to everything she does within the salon.

Outside of work, Chessie loves spending time in nature and is a huge animal lover. She has two working cocker spaniels who keep her busy, enjoys playing darts, and values quality time socialising with friends and family.
